I ate here with my wife and parents after trying to find somewhere near skegness that did half decent food. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendly service, reasonably priced set 4 course menu for £20 and quality of most of the food. However there are many improvements that could be made. The biggest issue was the almost inedible sirloin steak which tasted more like stewing steak! Staff also had very poor knowledge of the ingredients we asked about. The restaurant also promotes itself as using local produce but the menu does not reflect this apart from a generic statement at the end. It would be a vast improvement if they said on the menu where ingredients came from. Overal a good experience and the best we have found in the local area.
