I went to the Delhi last week and was amazed by the experience. At first the chefs all welcomed me as it was an open kitchen ( it was like the entrance was the kitchen). Then i was shown to my table which was upstairs by smiling and hospitable waiters. The Restaurant was full and was cozy. The food was absolutely mouth watering and fresh. I had a Lamb Hyderabad with lemon coriander rice. It was like eating food in a Michelin star restaurant for 1/10th of the price. The chef even came up to ask how my food was. Well done The Delhi. I would definitely be back to taste the rest of the delights. ***** stars.
Lamb Hyderabad and lemon corriender rice. Mouth watering.
Smiles and hospitable
Cozy - about 24 seats. Just the way i like it. Big restaurants tend to loose the attention.
Top show in Solihull for me.

Nothing special
Overcharged
Very cramped
Expensive average food. £1 for a papadom is outrageous. £3 for a 330ml beer. Cramped. Never again. Avoid!! Our tip was used to subsidise the expensive papadoms, £20 for 20!!!
