Food Quality

The food really exceeded our expectations given the rest of the night - very big portion sizes, very fresh, perfectly cooked and very very tasty.

We'd looked at the menu online before visiting but were a bit disappointed to receive a photocopied (and re-used..dirty, creased and sticky) cut down menu. Some of the dishes were the same but cut down versions.

Service

Arrived to an empty restaurant (if you can call it that...read facilities bit!) but were told to grab a drink at the bar while we waited almost 25 minutes while they found us a table (yes..I did say it was empty). Eventually we had to ask if we could be seated. Menu was brought after a delay, but once the order came the food arrived in okish time (15 mins)

Facilities

The website marketed this as a restaurant with live music...it was actually a big dancefloor, stage and some tables to one corner. The music was so loud you couldn't even attempt to talk and everywhere was dirty and sticky (presumably from the previous night's occupants)

Wouldn't go back only because of the shambolic attempt at letting us dine. No point in going out for a meal when you're forced to sit without talking because the music is too loud! Would have been more relaxing going for a meal during an earthquake

Food Quality

The food was of poor quality, I visited as part of an office party. The menu looked good and we were advised to select from the menu before the event. But when we got there we weren't asked what we had ordered and the food was just left randomly. Main dishes were cold, the jumbalya had hardly any seafood

Looked good, see previous comments.

Service

Staff didn't seem interested, we had paid a decent amount of money, but this didn't seem to matter.

Facilities

Large venue but wasn't full. Gents was average, the ladies was dirty (from comments from the girls).

As part of the 'Christmas Party' we were promised 2 comedians, a magician, music and a tasteful burlesque dancer. The Burlesque Dancer cancelled and as 'compensation one of the comics decided to do a strip, pathetic. Comic number 2 walked off after 3 minutes because of light heckling. The magician's act seemed to involve balloon animals etc. The singer was the best and tried, but had only one tempo. Too fast. The cost of drinks also seem to double throughout the night. To sum up AWFUL and would never return. I have tried to find positives in our visit but there are none
